Day 19

So I am not sure if yesterday was a win or not... I think I might have to go with it being a wash.

I left my smokes at home and then took my kids out to dinner after work (A Mexican place to celibate Cinco de Mayo), so I didn't get my first smoke of the day until right about 7pm... but between 7pm and 11pm when I went to bed I managed to burn down 9 smokes... that's more then I had all day 2 days ago when I spaced them out...

Oh well I left my smokes at home again today… I guess at least I can say I will never smoke at work again  ;)

  5. good, it's a waste of time. you should look into putting your cash in a jar every time you don't buy a pack of cigs. Then go to the hawaii!

  12. Dude keep it up. I was a long time smoker and quit with an electric cigarette in a week. My mom was a 30+ 2 pack a day smoker and quit on an electric cigarette within a week also. I quit my electric one too, but she still uses hers 2 years later. So keep you mind on the goal and you can do it.

Don't screw with a guy that is in the middle of quitting smoking.
