What you see here is a picture I took last night right before bed.
It is the last pack of smokes I will ever open. The plan is that I QUIT today, no more smoking at all... but if it gets to hard I have this 20 pack safety net but when its gone its gone no more safety net.
The trick is to keep your safety net as long as possible. A friend of mine still keeps a pack of smokes with 5 left in it sitting on a shelf in his garage... He quit smoking 3 years ago. Now we all know they are dried out stale and might actually kill you at this point if you tried to smoke them but they are his safety net and he isn’t ready to give them up yet.
On a side note, now that I quit smoking I joined a gym, I figure it will help kill the time.... Gota make whole life changes or you will fall back into doing the same things as you did before....
And now for something just to make my self happy ;)

ReplyDeleteHey BigMike. Thanks for coming by my blog. I have gone back into the caramel sauce post and added US measurements. I live in the US but enjoy metric cooking, especially when I'm writing a new formula.
