Jerry.......

I keep taping my left pocket… and then looking around my desk.

I used to keep my smokes in my left pocket or on my desk

It is almost 2:30 and I have had a smoke at 2:30 every day for almost 8 years now….

Oh well just another habit I need to break.

I figured I would fight this urge with some random thoughts off the top of my head.


Lets start with Japanese cartoons. I started watching this one called Bleach the other night. It is from Vis and was shown on TV Tokyo. I seriously feel that the writing for the characters is significantly better then most of the writing for prime time live action shows in the US. The comic relief is funny not just stupid, the tough kid is actually tough, and the lead character is flawed and knows it… They are not going out of their way to win an award with this show, you can tell that, but they do care about the final product.

It seams so odd as a consumer of throw away American television where I cant tell you what the last few episodes of any sit-com I have watched were about.

I blame Seinfeld for all these shows about nothing….
